ISE 2016 Wrap-Up
ISE Proved Successful for Ihiji
Team Ihiji has just returned from Amsterdam and ISE 2016. It was a great show for us; we enjoyed the environment, meeting new integrators and professionals in the industry, and showcasing our award winning products: Ihiji Invision and Ihiji ServiceManager. We even took home the first ever Top New Technology Award (TNT) to be presented at ISE, something that we are extremely proud of. Since our first ISE exhibition in 2012, Ihiji has made a name for itself as a trusted brand for remote network management.
ISE was bigger than it has ever been.
ISE 2016 marks the biggest showcase to date. Just under 66,000 attendees made ISE the biggest in the event’s history, but also made it recognized as the world’s largest AV and systems integrator in the world. We were proud to be a part of it.
The service aspect of for integrators’ clients was a primary topic of discussion.
In talking with integrators, many of them are using proactive performance monitoring as a way to better service their clients. In fact, many of the international dealers we talked with have launched service and after-care plans for new forms of revenue.
Dealers are interested in monetizing service through recurring revenue service contracts.
So you might be asking what these service plans and improved customer service. One of the things they do is provide a current stream of income. Clients will pay for certain customer service packages monthly. Should these packages be remote, the the cost and hassle of truck rolling becomes and non-issue. Customers get a more reliable and hassle-free form of customer service and the dealer provides a better service while gaining consistent revenue.
We are looking forward to next year’s ISE as well as the Prosource exhibition in early March of this year.
