Ihiji to launch new SaaS product to help technology integrators
You know Ihiji as the leading remote managed services provider for the technology integration market since 2009 with Ihiji Invision. We’ve been working closely with our existing dealers over the years on how we can help them to make their business more productive and profitable. We’ve learned a lot about what was holding them back. In other words, many of our dealers are using our remote networking tools to help reduce their operational costs and improve their client experience, but they are not charging their customers for this service. This represents a great opportunity.
Setting up an RMR service is not always easy
Here are the main obstacles why integrators are not charging clients for remote managed services:
- “We do not have a method for creating the fixed fee, RMR service contract”
- “There is no contact system to check which clients are covered for which level of service”
- “Our sales team does not know how to track new prospects and sell the service to existing clients”
- “I do not have an effective method for sending recurring monthly bills”
We built this solution for integrators
This product was developed in response to helping integrators to bust down these obstacles. The new SaaS (software as a service) tool which will be launching at the 2015 CEDIA Expo in Dallas is called Ihiji ServiceManager. This product will be 100% complementary to our existing remote managed services portal, but will also include Invision integration for existing dealers. Our goal in the development of this new solution is to help technology integrators to be more effective at creating, selling and administering remote managed services including RMR.
