When in use, IT Professionals receive alerts regarding equipment status, making it easier than ever to remotely manage installations and reduce the time taken to isolate and repair issues with network-connected devices. The initial setup is simple and requires only a single low cost network appliance at each location. Subsequent configuration and management can be done remotely using tools within ihiji’s cloud-based portal, including remote access to the site without the need for a VPN connection. Once deployed at the client site, the ihiji appliance securely communicates system health and status data through the portal to the VAR in real-time.
