Michael Maniscalco , vice president, technical operations: ihiji is a new company that, at its core, is created by integrators for integrators. Our inaugural product is invision, a cloud-based (or hosted-Web) solution that grants integrators the ability to remotely monitor, service and maintain clients’ in-home electronic systems. The kind of systems that I’m talking about are entertainment, network, HVAC, lighting and more.
The benefits of invision are two-fold: 1) It offers integrators a tremendous opportunity to create a recurring revenue stream in the form of a service contract, which is desperately needed today; and 2) It improves homeowner satisfaction.
