Tuesday, April 26th marks the Great Lakes Technology and Business Summit. This CEDIA sponsored show brings together integrators and leaders in the technology industry for a day of exhibition and education. Ihiji is proud to announce that we will be doing both. Ihiji will also be taking the show to the west coast next month, so stay tuned for that.
At the Michigan show, we will be talking about our new Ihiji ServiceManager SaaS tool that helps integrators more efficiently and conveniently support their clients. We’ve added our new trouble Tickets feature to improve the efficiency of client issue resolution. The tracking and assignment of client issues represents the best practice for keeping clients completely satisfied at the lowest possible cost. We will also be talking about all of the new devices now compatible with Ihiji Invision, including those made by SurgeX, Roku and Skybox, on top of hundreds more.
One of our founders, Mike Maniscalco, will be continuing the Ihiji mission to educate integrators on best practices that can help their businesses succeed at a higher capacity. He will be holding two seminars, the first on what the “Business & Industry Track”. called “Next Generation Networking”, Maniscalco will be discussing Gigabit ISP services (such as Google Fiber, Fios, and Gigapower), as well as next generation WIFI and other networking tools. The second seminar is under the “Technical Education Track”, and titled “Advanced Wireless Networking”. Both of these are CEDIA sponsored courses geared toward preparing dealers for the future of the industry as well as helping them succeed with the technologies and services that are currently available.
We are proud and excited about the new changes to our products, and are excited to see how we can help you better your integration business and develop your own Service Operating Center. If you are going to be at the show, stop by and see us. We’d love to get started working with you and set up a live demo. Definitely stop by the two seminars Mike is speaking at to learn from a representative of one of the industry’s leading educators.
