It’s that time of year again for Ihiji to visit Orlando, Florida for the Prosource 2016 exhibition.

 We’ll be talking with integrators on how our products can fit into their overall support picture. Ihiji Invision and Ihiji ServiceManager, will help to develop a support services business and improve operations.

You can find us at booth 3519 next to our friends over at D-Tools. We are excited to showcase the remote support features for Ihiji InviCedia-Business-Xchangesion as well as our brand new SaaS tool, Ihiji ServiceManager, which recently won the first ever Top New Technology Award at the ISE 2016 show.

Our past experiences with Prosource have been great, and we have been able to find a number of new integrators to introduce remote managed services into their business. As we launch our newest Ihiji ServiceManager, we can take it even further, enabling dealers to set up an entire  Services Operating Centers (SOC) to help them service their clients more effectively by monitoring their IoT devices and giving them the ability to remotely diagnose and solve problems, as well as generating a consistent stream of revenue.
