Team Ihiji Gears Up For CEDIA EXPO 2015!
It’s been months in the planning process but we’ve put together a really amazing new tradeshow booth (#4938) and you will be able to you’ll be able to find us on level two in the Exhibit Hall!
Team Ihiji is also incredibly excited for this CEDIA EXPO because we are to showcase the soon-to-be-released Ihiji ServiceManager! We’re especially excited because ServiceManager is the solution to a question many of our customers have been asking, leading us to creating a new tool which will assist integrators to set-up and run a comprehensive Service Operations Center (SOC). Remote managed services can bring in recurring monthly revenue (RMR) but many integrators find setting up this service and charging for it isn’t as straightforward as it sounds. ServiceManager is a new SaaS (software as a service) tool that helps to simplify and condense this process, so integrators can focus on more important things regarding their business. This new product will be completely complementary to our existing remote managed services portal, but it will also include Invision integration for our existing dealers. Ihiji created this new product because of valued customer feedback, and we are proud to continue providing the best service and solutions to our customers. But we aren’t the only ones excited, ServiceManager has been chosen as one of the top finalists for CEDIA’s Best New Product Award for 2015!
Also, don’t forget that one of our founders Mike Maniscalco will be teaching several CEDIA courses for CEU credit. We cannot tell you how excited and involved we are in making this year’s CEDIA our best tradeshow presence ever!
CEDIA is still a few weeks away, but in the mean time we’re ironing out details, finalizing hotel rooms and packing our nunchucks (seriously, we have ihiji nunchucks, do you want one?)
